Shipping Policy

We currently ship Bungee Balm within the United States only.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Orders are shipped via standard shipping. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after they leave our facility, depending on your location

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping address.

Order Changes & Address Issues
Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@bungeebalm.net. If an order ships to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we may not be able to replace or refund it.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@bungeebalm.net with your order number and details so we can help review the situation.

Returns & Refunds

Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
